Claire DeMatteis

Claire DeMatteis is Catalina Marketing's Executive Vice President and General Counsel responsible for managing all legal matters related to the organization. DeMatteis' expertise is focused in the areas of legislative and regulatory lobbying and business development matters in the public and private sectors.

Most recently, DeMatteis was a partner with Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP leading the Delaware office as the partner-in-charge with additional chair responsibilities for the gaming practice group and government and public affairs practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, DeMatteis served as senior counsel to US Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr. In this role, DeMatteis was responsible for coordinating Senator Biden's public policy positions and activities between his Washington DC and Delaware offices. Additional political experience includes serving as assistant legal counsel to former Delaware Governor Michael N. Castle.

Receiving a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, DeMatteis continued her education at Widener University School of Law where she earned her J.D.
