Executive Vice President, Catalina Marketing Corporation
Business Support Services

Debbie Booth is executive vice president, business support services, responsible for operations, human resources and Catalina Marketing's international business in Japan. She also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Catalina Marketing Charitable Foundation. Booth joined Catalina Marketing in 1994 and has held a variety of cross-functional leadership positions.

Improving infrastructure efficiencies and quality assurance are top priorities. During her time with the organization, Catalina Marketing's print network has expanded from roughly 8,000 food stores to more than 23,000 distribution channels in food, drug and mass retailers. Successful installations and client service execution have been experienced at each stage of growth. Additionally, Booth oversaw the operational upgrade of the company's in-store print network from black-and-white-only offerings to full-scale-color solutions.

Under Booth's leadership, the company's human resources department enhanced the employee experience by taking a more holistic look at pay, benefits, and career and work/life balance resources. A "Total Rewards" program was launched that takes an individualized approach to the value delivered to each Catalina Marketing employee. Talent management has also been a priority for Booth, implementing a competency based approached to leadership development, talent acquisition, and annual talent assessment.

Most recently, Booth was charged with building a strong presence in the Japanese market. Efforts initially focused on ensuring the business unit was operationally sound, bridging US business development best practices, and ultimately preparing the business to scale. The total team effort has delivered expanded, global relationships with leading shopper packaged goods manufacturers as well as significant retail network expansion. Today, the business continues to grow producing results that consistently meet and exceed financial and strategic growth objectives.

With more than 25 years of retail and marketing experience, Booth has consulted on behalf of Retail Systems Consulting and served in key management positions with industry leaders including IRI, Wang Laboratories and National Semiconductors.

Booth and her husband have two daughters. She resides in Palm Harbor, Florida.
