Catalina Marketing employees are offered nine paid holidays per year. To enhance your enjoyment of the holiday, the business day prior to the observed holiday is a short business day.

You begin accruing vacation benefits as soon as you begin working in a full-time status and you are eligible to take time off after completing just six months of service.
