Shopper & Patient Privacy Policy
Catalina Marketing Corporation and its subsidiary, Catalina Health Resources, (“Catalina Marketing”) provide shopper-based communications, developed and distributed for shopper packaged goods manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, marketers and retailers. Protection of shopper privacy is not, and never will be, a matter for debate within Catalina Marketing. The trust of clients, shoppers, patients and pharmacists is Catalina Marketing’s greatest asset, and not something that is ever placed in jeopardy.
Catalina Marketing does not collect, manage, maintain, distribute or sell any personally identifiable information (“PII”). All identifying information we collect directly or through our client relationships, is completely anonymized or de-identified. Catalina Marketing does not see or take possession of any information that would allow us to personally identify a shopper or patient.
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
Catalina Marketing Corporation has been certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS is recognized as the accepted industry security standard that includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. This comprehensive standard is intended to help organizations protect customer credit and debit card account data. The TrustwaveŽ seal on this page certifies that we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect.

Catalina Marketing (U.S.) Safe Harbor Privacy Policy (Shopper & Patient)
Catalina Marketing, as part of its privacy policy, follows the Safe Harbor Agreement between the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission with respect to employee, customer, and other personal information that is transferred from the European Economic Area to the United States as described in the Agreement.
